This week I’m joined by April Reign who is currently Senior Director of Marketing Fractured Atlas an organisation that empowers artists eliminating practical barriers to artistic expression to foster a more agile and resilient cultural ecosystem. April is the creator of many viral hashtags the most notable being #OscarsSoWhite which challenges the lack of representation of marginalised communities in Hollywood.


In today’s episode April shares how she transitioned from a Lawyer and to a writer, how she knew she was a good writer. We discuss the creation of OscarsSoWhite and why it’s important. In this episode you’ll learn about the tell-tale signs you’re in the wrong job and what you can do about it. You’ll learn how to get comfortable and patient with the journey.
