PART 1:  We start off by discussing one of the newest ‘player development’ related books that recently hit the stores, I mean Amazon, a few months ago. I’ll share my specific take on it, and then I will share with you, as objectively as a I can, whether or not I recommend you read it. 

 

PART 2:  Secondly, I’ll share with you the key moves to establish effective and efficient baseball player ‘conditioning’, and what I say may surprise some of you.

 

PART 3:  Lastly, we will talk about how to accurately judge/assess hitters, and we get into why most offensive stats are distractions from the most useful statistics. We’ll breakdown how we can see through the clutter and more accurately assess a players offensive contribution to the total number of runs produced.
