👉🏻 Our guest is Melinda Roland M.A., P.T., L.Ac., O.M.D., Dipl-Ac, CST-D. She holds a B.A. in Human and Experimental Psychology from UCSB with Highest Honors, an M.A. in Physical Therapy from Stanford U. with Highest Honors, and a doctorate in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture, with Highest Honors. In addition, she has studied extensively with the internationally known homeopath, Ananda Zaren. Mentored by Dr. John Upledger, Melinda has taught internationally for The Upledger Institute since 1988 and has been in private practice since 1977.  A research director and team leader for The Upledger Foundation-Ricky Williams Foundation Concussion Studies, she treated ex NFL players with documented concussion history using Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. The results were significant and published in the Journal of Medical Acupuncture, associated with Harvard University, in 2017.
