While mental health and emotional well-being aren't new to human history, the conversation has become more prevalent in our society after the pandemic. As believers, we have faith in a good God who is powerful and sovereign. This truth often leaves us feeling a lot of tension in our daily life. We pray this episode challenges you to realize emotional health isn't just about feeling good, but it's appropriately feeling the things that come into our lives and into this broken world we all live in.
