PhOn October 30, 2019, Tori Harrison received a call from the Livingston Parish School Board and they informed her that her daughter had ingested semen-based cupcakes that her middle school teacher Cynthia Perkins had baked and brought in for her class. They brought 150 charges against Cynthia Perkins and they sentenced her to 41 years in prison. Her husband and ex-police officer, Dennis Perkins, are still awaiting trial.
