Javed Iqbal, Pakistan’s most prolific serial killer, raped, dismembered, and drowned in acid up to 100 runaway boys. Iqbal was arrested after sending an anonymous letter and was sentenced to be strangled with iron chain, cut into 100 pieces, and dissolved in acid in front of the family of the victims.
