Carol Howard is a registered nurse who was diagnosed with peritoneal cancer, an incredibly rare form. After opting out of chemo, Carol decided to pursue alternative healing modalities, beginning with the grape cure, along with hydrotherapy baths, and changing her diet and lifestyle. Six years have passed since her diagnosis, and she remains cancer-free. Carol regularly attends HealingStrong group meetings, and shares her encouraging story with others.
