Hydrogen water is becoming an increasingly popular topic and therapy in the holistic health space. There are more and more products becoming available such as hydrogen water bottles, tablets and machines that make hydrogen water. 

In this week’s Part 2 episode, guest expert Mateo Johnson from Axiom H2 walks us through the different applications of molecular hydrogen including tablets, bottles and machines (which include inhalation therapy).
