3) The Poskim argue whether a Kazayis is half the volume of an egg or a third thereof. For Matzo – which is a mitzvah min haTorah – we use the larger measure, whereas for Moror – which is miderabonon – we use the smaller measure. But when it comes to saying a brocho before eating the smaller quantity of Moror, shouldn’t we apply the rule that ספק ברכה להקל?[3]

(אכן גם אם ייאכל הפת, עדיין התבשיל נשאר, והוא העיקר).

וידועים דברי התבואות שור (סי' יט ס"ק יז; שם ס"ק כז) דעדיף ליכנס בספק גרם ברכה שאינה צריכה מליכנס בספק עשיית מצוה בלא ברכה.
