This week Stacey tells us about Zebb Quinn, an 18-year-old from Asheville, North Carolina, who disappeared on January 2, 2000, and was officially declared murdered in 2022 when Robert Jason Owens pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact of first-degree murder.
