Mike Williams was a local Tally boy, marrying his high school sweetheart after graduating from Florida State Univ. and having their first child five years later. He was an outdoorsman by nature and loved the quiet early morning hours he spent alone hunting for ducks in one of Tally's many lakes. When he went missing in 2000 after a morning at the lake, was it an accident... or a murder most fowl?
