This week’s guest is Brian Allen.  He owned an independent brokerage in Durant, Oklahoma.  Brian tells his story on how he got into real estate.  He discusses how he went from closing 36 transactions in his first year to owning his own independent brokerage.  Brian also talks about how he decided to take his brokerage and merge with eXp.
