As a busy wife and homeschool mom of two, Paige Lathrop, was blindsided by a stage 3 colon cancer diagnosis 4-½ years ago. Rushed into conventional treatment, Paige lacked peace in her spirit and believed there had to be another way to heal. While undergoing chemotherapy, she spent countless hours reading scientific literature and praying for direction. The Lord graciously led her to Chris Wark, SQ1, and HealingStrong, which gave her the confidence to walk away from the treatments and make a complete overhaul of her life (body, soul, and spirit). Seeing this trial as a great blessing, Paige became passionate about sharing the hope she has in Christ and the incredible healing powers that God has created all around us with others. Paige believes one of the keys to thriving is finding a supportive community, which is one reason she became a HealingStrong member and group leader three years ago.
