Have you ever caught yourself being judgey?! You know, that coworker who does that weird thing with her hand when she talks, or that friend who’s just a “bit much” or maybe it’s your partner, who you wish would just get their shit together and do something with their life?? Well, I have news for you: you’re not alone - I judge everyone I meet, and truthfully, I have an opinion about everyone in my life! On this episode, I share a few experiences where I caught myself deep in judgement, to someone I love so much. After some reflection, I turned it around into empathy, compassion and grace and it left me feeling so much better and aligned to who I truly am.
