How do we explain death to our kids?

We may see it in our families, with pets, or even with family friends. But are our kids too young to know and understand death?

It seems like a heavy discussion for someone so little but we should know how to approach the conversation. Amma Lisa shares some great advice about how we can make them feel more comfortable with their grief.

Everyone has a different grieving process but it is important to allow our kids to have and share their big feelings.
