But Jesus offers us rest. In Matthew 11:28-30, he says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” He doesn’t just want part of your load—he wants it all.

Bethany challenges you to be honest with God. What’s in your bags? What are you holding onto? Write it down. Release it. Trust that the sovereign God wants to carry it for you. Let go, and let him give you the rest you need.
