Humming and singing has been shown to calm and balance our nervous system. Don't think, just listen and copy what you hear after me. Even if you just sit in silence and listen, singing in your own mind. 

Just allow yourself to enjoy the time to be quiet, to listen and to hum.

Sometimes the simplest remedies are the most powerful.
