KJ Kelsch (they/them) is a neurology-focused mobility restoration specialist & strength coach based at J Bodyworks in San Francisco. They're passionate about helping queer, trans, non-binary & neurodiverse people of all stripes embody their superpowers through therapeutic, empowered movement.
