"I am a mother of 2 beautiful daughters. The fitness industry has had my heart and was my home for the last 20 years. I am on a journey currently discovering where I want to go next, who I am now and what I am truly passionate about. My husband and I have been married for 19 years and we are closer than we have ever been. I cherish my relationship with him more than he will ever know. We live on his family farm in West Branch. Learning farm life and small town living has been an adjustment. But I see the beauty more and more every day! I have had my fair share of battles with mental health and share what I can if I know it will help another person. I am a pretty private person but doing this podcast has taken me to a new level of uncomfortable. Without discomfort, we do not grow. I feel lucky to have had this opportunity with Cara and love being a part of this journey."
