Most people deal with anxiety at some level, which is sad because anxiety is a robber. It robs you of joy, it keeps you from being present and for some it’s crippling.  And what’s crazy is that 85% our anxious thoughts never actually happen. Yet, it consumes so much of our brain space. So in this episode I talk about three methods I use and recommend to calm anxiety so you can be more present, make rational decisions and take action in the face of anxious thoughts.
