After setting up his own one-to-one coaching business and running his first clinic, Ed Baxter, a former swimmer under the tutelage of coach Mel Marshall, knew there was more to give. He spoke to his friend and training partner, Adam Peaty, about creating AP Race. Ed is the Managing Director, and the company has since gone on to offer clinics, competitions, tailored coaching, merchandise and more.
