In today’s episode, I’m sharing a very personal experience about why there was no episode last week—I needed a break. I realized that I wasn’t practicing what I preach: listening to my spirit guides. Trying to be “Superwoman” and “Supermom” led to burnout, and my guides gave me a clear message to slow down. So, in the name of self-care and intuition, I took a break.
This got me thinking about how often spirit guides offer my clients personalized self-care tips. While these messages are unique to each person, there are certain suggestions that come up repeatedly. I’m excited to share some of these unconventional yet simple self-care rituals that spirit guides commonly recommend. Pick the ones that resonate most with you and start incorporating them into your daily life!
Key Self-Care Tips from Spirit Guides:
Sunshine: Get direct sunlight on your skin and in your eyes for a few minutes throughout the day to boost energy and mood.
Warmth: Enjoy warm sweaters, baths, tea, saunas, or heated blankets to create a cozy, comforting atmosphere.
Water: Engage with water in any form—baths, showers, swimming, or simply walking by a body of water.
Fresh Air & Nature: Step outside, breathe in fresh air, and be surrounded by nature, especially trees, to restore your sense of peace.
Alone Time: Take time to be alone—meditate, go for a walk without headphones, or find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
Scheduled “Do-Nothing” Time: Block off periods in your calendar to simply do what feels right, whether it's visiting a farmer’s market, having coffee, or spending time with a friend.
Journaling: Write down your thoughts, feelings, or to-do lists, and practice automatic writing to strengthen your connection to intuition.
