Neto Rosatelli MD is an amazing surgeon who performs an ultra-high volume of cataract surgery, routinely doing 100+ phacos in a day, most days of the week in the public health system of Brazil. His surgical skills are truly fantastic and almost magical and he has a passion for being as efficient as possible both intra-op and between surgeries. The key is the teamwork approach and the very talented staff with whom has has worked for many years.
