Katie has been with Hills Properties for 10+ years and is the Manager of Customer Experience and Training.
She's got a huge passion for our industry and I've been lucky to spend quality time with her at 3 of the best conferences in our industry this year: Social Media Summit, AIM, and NAA Apartmentalize.
In this episode we did a review of NAA as this was her 3rd Apartmentalize and we talked brass tax on what's working and what's not in the conference space.
