BIO
Dr. Laura Suttin is a family physician, certified coach, consultant, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. She completed her medical training at McGovern Medical School in Houston and her residency at Christus Spohn Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 2016, she earned an MBA from the University of Dallas. Over a decade ago, she began working with a coach through an executive leadership program, which inspired her to become a coach herself due to its life-changing impact.

In 2021, she founded The Purposeful MD, with the mission of empowering physicians and medical professionals to create fulfilling lives without guilt. Dr. Suttin authored the book The Purposeful MD: Creating the Life You Love Without Guilt and hosts The Purposeful MD Podcast. Her work focuses on helping individuals align their lives with their values, manage guilt, and achieve meaningful goals through intentional living and coaching.
