A Wild New Work

43. Sitting With and Moving Through Option Overwhelm

Listen Later

Today’s episode is a special one. It’s the first in a new podcast format I’ll be experimenting with alongside our regular episodes on the natural world and work.
This is the first in an experimental series of recorded, anonymous coaching sessions with members of the A Wild New Work community. Today, I’m sharing a session I conducted with “Azalea,” a professional in the technology sector who is at a crossroads and unsure of where to head next. Azalea has been at her job for 16 years and was recently diagnosed with autism, which has offered her a new way of seeing herself and her career. Tune into our session to learn more about what it’s like for her to be in the midst of a mysterious change and how she’s choosing to move through it.
May this episode be a source of encouragement and reinvigoration for you! If it resonates for you, please consider subscribing to, rating, and sharing this podcast.
