My guest on this week has played 25 tests for the Springboks. He spent more than a decade playing professional rugby for Sharks, Lions, Cheetahs and Western Province.

Throughout his career, AJ completed courses to upskill and get ready for a life of business after rugby. Within a few years of retirement, AJ  suffered a major emotional setback. He took time to refocus and get himself back on track with life.

Today AJ is now Head of Business Development with ITEC. He has mastered a professional sport, he has mastered his mind during his low-point and now he is mastering business.
