your emotions, thoughts, and feelings are literal temperatures. you are your own climate change which impacts your overall health and your overall life and even beliefs. internal and external temperatures impact your life or your survival. feeling pretty in yourself and of yourself. the most important person to believe and know you are beautiful inside and out is yourself. follow and let your emotions and feelings go through other wise it gets trapped in your mind, brain, and body and causes you to be sick and have issues in anything of your life.

PTSD is stress in the mind, brain, and body from trauma. everyone does face trauma in their lives but not everyone gets PTSD.

meditating is the mind and i also perceive and believe our minds are our spirits/aura that does or is our literal surroundings/environment/climate. your value is much higher even if you don’t believe it. the stuff you see and the stuff you hear is what you attract and apart of you which ties to realizing you can have better or what is actually worth your time. what do you want and what is your focus. meditating there’s some woo 4 you lol.

ethnicity/race/skin color, grounding, THE BOYS, turning pain into purpose, “yes” universe thing to literal beliefs, awareness, psychedelics, safety, realizing.

our true mind does not know what is the difference between reality or imagination which ties to awareness and wanting.

why is all this happening, do we feel like it’s a curse, a blessing, why did it have to been at this time, the numbers, the signs, religion, higher power, inner-guide, inner-work, the core, health, grounding, un-certainty, trauma, fame, money, ordinary, heart break, “good enough”, “attractive enough”, did i deserve this, who do we deserve, purpose, love, friendships, relationships, politics, industry, families, perceptions, communication, true wanting, confidence, value, worth, all as one.

i recorded some stories i posted on instagram about permanently deteriorating discrimination that we have been commonly seeing. this podcast/recording is to help spread more awareness and turn up the vibe and suggesting what to focus on as we heal. turn up your volume or have something where you can hear the recording better haha. i also added more input about the entire group and what the relationships are going through. much love, Val

the true power of the present and your true wanting. “i wanna have that body now. i wanna have that job / career NOW. i wanna be with someone who loves me and i will love them NOW. i am perfectly healthy NOW. everything i want is NOW and i deserve it.”

problems in life — in reality, what makes you hold back from what you want to aim for. do you notice any patterns in your life? are you maybe not aware of how you come off and do also observe the compliments people give you. you beat yourself up in which it’s important to be humble but also you tend to forget the good things people see in you that you probably aren’t aware about, this is a factor in everyone.

thoughts turn into words, words turn into actions, habits turn into beliefs, beliefs turn into reality.

take care of yourself. who do you respect and admire, who do you feel loved and accepted by, do you respect, admire, accept, and love yourself. how would do you act and behave around someone you look highly up to — it is no different than you viewing yourself.

wanting — the true power of wanting and feeling good and confident and valued and approved and true happiness / “bliss” state.

what catches your attention and what truly interests you. your body knows as it aligns with your wants and your needs.

always protect yourself as you protect your surroundings. it is natural when you get in the habit. beliefs and manifesting is natural; it’s caused by your habits which is your automatic thoughts, words, actions, perceptions, and beliefs. be aware of your life and your surroundings; what do you want. pay attention to what you want. if you feel like you can’t get it or get it soon enough, heal from your traumas and heal from your wounds. be patient with yourself, respect yourself, love yourself, and you will be in an on going alignment with the Universe.

higher ground / new era. don’t think so much about the future or even the past, live in the present. the gift is the present, acknowledge yourself, what do you want others to be like for you. be like that for yourself, align your negative and your positive and only you can know how to do it.
