In this episode I share three things that the Lord does in us through difficulties. There are certainly many more things, but these three are things He has highlighted to me recently. As a recap, those three things are:

1. He wraps His arms around us and comforts us (and also teaches us how to comfort others).
2. He teaches us to rely on Him instead of ourselves.
3. He teaches us meekness.

Also, here is the declaration I wrote about meekness that I share in the episode: "The Lord is teaching me meekness. I don’t get angry when things don’t go my way. The times when I’m insulted, criticized, slandered, spoken against, or disrespected are simply the training grounds for learning meekness." (1 Peter 2:22-24; Proverbs 16:32)
