Tim, Carlos, and Jeffrey sit down and talk about how "surprising" Spec-Ops: The Line was as a game, and close-out in Spoiler-ific fashion. [SPOILER WARNING: 20:17 on]

We are wrapping up our second week (Retro Week) of community month on 4pp.tv so we spend some time reflecting back on some older titles like Majora's Mask, Conker's Bad Fur Day, and Oregon Trail. Not to worry however, there is plenty of discussion to be had about Spec Ops: The Line and the highly anticipated release of Halo 4. After getting some hands-on time with Halo at RTX this past weekend, it's time to decide if yet another Halo game deserves to earn the respect and anticipation that it seems to be getting. Don't forget to tune into 4pp.tv every night in July to watch us play the games that were voted on by you!

With Nick taking a personal week, 4Player Podcast is reduced to 3 for the time being. It is a short show this time around but there is plenty of Amazing Spider-Man and Walking Dead conversation to soak in. It is also confirmed that Brad will no longer be in charge of handling sound testing in future shows! Enjoy!

It sure does not feel like a gaming drought from where we are sitting! We talk about some great games this week including a budget, downloadable title that draws inspiration from Portal (Quantum Conundrum) and a surprising hit on the Playstation Vita (Gravity Rush). We delve into the financial trouble of THQ, hark on the stupidity of Sega, and even comment on breaking news coming out of Nintendo's Direct event. That includes a shiny new cadillac 3DS and some surprising news about the upcoming Smash Bros title on the WiiU!
