Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is a whisper sleep session it's kind of like an ASMR thingamajig I'm using a different microphone, but there's and it's the first time I've picked it out how to actually use the external microphone. So I did it's coming out okay it's kind of like a thirst effort in a sense. I'm using using a desk recording studio and a Rode microphone. This was a pop filter here as well, but I'm not sure if it's keeping me from being muffled Of course I got headphones on as well. And they seem to be a bit creaky. But let's see how it works out. So my name is Jason Newland, and I needless listen to this when you can safely Close your eyes. There might be background sounds, I believe not many. And borrowers were the main things the main sound that will be picked up on this recording that you're listening to now will be just me. I have Andre, the famous Andre the ferret into my bedroom. So you'll probably be scratching at the door trying to get out but it'll only be for a short time.
These sleep babies with sessions generally lasts about 20 minutes. And all I'm gonna do I'm just gonna talk softly whispered softly I guess you can't really whisper loudly. Mind you, I used to know somebody years ago that is to shout like shouting whispering
which is a bit weird. So I'm just gonna talk about your body and what to prepare for a relaxation session will get focused on how you feel now starting I guess it's ideal for you to get yourself into position where you're sitting down or lying down on a flat surface. After as if my Aaron's gonna bear up trying to listen but I'm not sure the level of volume is still the same.
Because I'm listening through my headphones. You know that feeling when you're like you is Bob. That's the kind of feeling that I just said just then
So it's kind of weird really. Anyway, that it sounds okay. So as we focus first of all on how you physically feel, being aware of those sensations that you are currently experiencing right now, the second starting may be at the top of your head moving down, maybe moving down all the way down your spine and that's your focus concentrates on your spine that this nerve endings that reach every single part of your body
a bit like like an octopus, or a tree. And notice the physical sensations of your body. All the different parts of your body as your focus moves down your spine and even as you get to the lower part of your spine, you know that those nerve endings move all the way down to leg tips. You know that those nerve endings move from your spine, into your shoulders, all the way down your arms into the tips of your fingers. Know that those nerve endings from your spine into your internal organs, your kidneys, the deaf digestive system and all those muscles all the way down your back. The back of your neck. Spreading down your shoulders, your arms and your hands. Just allow in those muscles to relax Laughing down, relax in all of the muscles in your back. Every single piece of skin on your body fails. Increase in the relax those feelings of comfort in your muscles also spread to your chest. relaxing the muscles in your chest. relaxing the muscles in your stomach. should notice the sensations of you your lower back muscles and your lower back. lead in to that area of your hips. Allowing your hips to feel loose. Allowing your hips to feel relaxed area your croi and robotics allow lower back tops of your theives feel relaxed that feeling of comfort can continue to spread downwards cluding the rest of your thighs the back of your thighs, the sides of your thigh
muscles in the front of your thighs. Move in that sense relaxation into your knees. Calm and relax your days down to your calf muscles. Just share until the mall and relaxed the sense of relaxation is spreading and...
