Lisbon's Ka§par is one of our favorite producers and we're delighted to have the 4Lux, Stripped & Chewed and Integrity artist contribute this mix for our StayHomeDisco series.

Ka§par has been DJing since 1998, claiming to get his jump-up in the "shady bars int he suburbs of Libson." He became resident DJ at Frágil until the club's demise in 2013. He currently curates and manages Percebes Música (his own music label), where he releases local talent on vinyl and hosts a weekly DJ mix for FM station Rádio Oxigénio in Lisbon, called Desvio Padrão. Ka§par’s Alma-Máquina EP along with a John Beltran remix will be out in the summer on Eddie Niguel's integrity-records .

Emerging Russian deep house producer Baltimore Chop is back on 5 Mag with an irresistible new mix for our #StayHomeDisco series.

First, a correction: I wrote a year ago that despite the name, Baltimore Chop (like most Europeans)had probably never played baseball. He quickly corrected me: he is a huge fan and was even an accomplished player in the Under 16 field and has the receipts to prove it: https://www.instagram.com/p/BmGz0BIHFce/?taken-by=baltimorechop

Baltimore Chop has released records on a bunch of labels that have been the tip of the spear of the emerging Russian scene, including Sub_Urban, his own PRGVSK as well as Minor Notes and Hustler Trax: https://soundcloud.com/hustler-trax/baltimore-chop-outta-sight

His latest cut is You & The Sea, out April 3 on PRGVSK: http://baltimorechop.bandcamp.com/album/you-the-sea

Singapore's finest Eddie Niguel joins in for the first of several mixes from the Integrity Records family for our #StayHomeDisco series.

Eddie is the founder of Integrity, a label profiled by Will Sumsuch in 2019 for 5 Mag (relevant to the world today, there was some harrowing talk back then about the lingering effects of the SARS outbreak on Singapore's club scene). He's released music on Get Physical, Dig Deeper and Midnight Shift. Integrity's latest release is the outstanding The Pier EP by Miles Ellis - https://integrityrecords.bandcamp.com/album/the-pier-ep
