A guided meditation featuring 478 breathing (or pranayama) technique. 

While this breathwork helps calm the mind, be aware that it can cause lightheadedness so be sure to take this class seated or lying down.

If you have some extra time in your day, I'd recommend to sit for an extra few minutes of quiet after this mini-class! You'll really notice the difference in the breath and body.
