Listen in as I talk about how we discern the difference between actual circumstances (facts) in our lives, and the stories that we tell ourselves about them.

When you start looking at events, what people say, how people act more neutrally- your brain has the opportunity to calm down.  You gain authority and some power in your life,  when you start to take all of these circumstances that are genuinely neutral and interpret them in a way that serves you and the world.
