Hope you all had a great Christmas and surrounded by love. 

I'm sharing my feelings on the holidays, what they mean to me and the importance of finding meaning, value and lessons during the holidays. 

Although this has been a strange year for all of us, I think we all deserve an award for going through this year. Dont feel hard on yourself and celebrate all and any moment you had of joy and growth. Im sharing my beliefs on New Year's resolutions and tips on how to make them and achieve them.
