As we enter into 2020, the only way you are going to make things happen in your business is by being intentional with your time. You need to focus...and the only way to get that focus is to have goals. Each year we set goals and we want to share some of the things that have worked for us. In this episode, you'll learn what SMART goals are. Too many times we set goals that are too hard to reach (I want to lose 150 pounds) or are more like wishes (I'd like to make more money). We talk about how you need to make goals that are measurable, achievable and can get done in a period of time. Learning how to set goals correctly will help to set you up for success. We also talk about some fun tools we have used to make goals like vision boards and time capsules. On a more personal note, Paul and Tussanee share a little about how they almost got divorced 13 years ago.
