✨💚 RITUAL FROM PODCAST 

You’ll need:

- A small bowl of soil or a potted plant

- A candle (preferably green or white)

- One grounding crystal (like Smokey Quartz or Moss Agate) or you can change it up depending on your current desires like love, money, luck.

- A piece of paper and pen

**Steps:**

1. **Create a quiet space** where you won’t be disturbed. Light your candle.

2. Hold your crystal in your hand and take a few deep breaths. Visualise roots growing from your body into the Earth.

3. On the paper, write down 3 intentions you want to grow … focused on stability, abundance, or self-worth. (again you can change this up if you already have this).

4. Fold the paper and bury it in the soil (either in a pot or in your garden).

5. Say aloud:

 With this Earth, I plant my dreams. With this Moon, I begin anew. I trust in divine timing and steady growth.

6. Keep the soil or plant somewhere you can see it. Water it as you would your intentions … regularly and with care.
