About Nicole:  Nicole Javanna Johnson is the Founder & Creative Director of Javanna Productions M.O.V.E. and the Harriet Tubman Effect Institute. Recently Nicole stepped into the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Mathison.io where she leads the company DEI client engagement and internal DEI transformation. Nicole is also the creator of EDIFY, a 5 step dismantling systemic oppression program that is designed to shift culture in institutions, schools and artistic organizations. Nicole is a member of SAG-AFTRA with a Master's Degree in Education Leadership from NYU Steinhardt.
