My guest today, Matt, was sexually abused from the ages of 6-11. He is now a self-development coach and helps people overcome their emotional and physical trauma.

He is here to remind you: If you want to be successful, you have to grow. And in order to grow, you need to change, and that change needs to feel safe. Or else you’ll resort back to your current place of familiarity (unhappiness, lack of success or results with your body).
