This week we talked with Rob Adams, founder of Thanksgiving Heroes. When Rob was younger one holiday season his Dad lost his job and his parents couldn’t afford Christmas dinner. • Week 43 | How Does She do it?
I am so excited to have my good friend, Kelli Sharp join us this week. I have wanted Kelli to join us since we started this podcast last year. Kelli shares with us what it's like to raise a family and keep setting goals for herself and her kids. One of my favorite quotes from this episode is "Knowledge comes from the mind but understanding comes from the heart". In order to commit to your goals, you need to understand the why, feel it. • Week 42 | Living Strong
This week we have a visit from author Paula Jean Ferri. Paula has always been in love with books even before she learned to read. Once she learned how there was no turning back! She read so much growing up that she was once grounded from books for an entire summer during middle school. She has dreamed of being a writer for as long as she can remember. She grew up in Logandale, NV, leaving her hometown to attend both Snow College and Brigham Young University-Hawaii to obtain a degree in International Cultural Studies with an emphasis in Communication.

In her senior year of high school, Paula started making noises. At 24, she was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. This has given her a unique perspective that she wanted to share with the world.

She currently resides in southern Utah with her family and two cats. In addition to reading and writing, Paula loves singing and dancing in almost any genre. She loves being in and watching theatre productions, especially any musical performances. She is usually up for almost any activity, as long as it involves people.
