Why are we doing this? What’s it all for? Do we look like we are doing EVERYTHING? Why does NeuroCollaborative exist and how do we know when we are successful?  

In today’s episode we talk about our mission and vision, what we are against in healthcare culture, and what we value.  We also discuss the purpose of what we’ve created in NeuroCollaborative, like our free Facebook group and what it is for as well as what it is NOT for.  We open up about all of it! 

Anti-racist action: we hired a DEI business consultant that we will be working with very soon! Plus we continue to read the books and meet in a small group with others on this path that we can talk openly to.  Creating a trusted group is highly recommended!
