“54 Days of Roses”- Catholic Rosary Novena

Hello Family! 

Thank you for joining today's Rosary Prayer. This is day 9 of our 54-day Rosary Novena.  We have just completed our first novena in petition. We will pray two more novenas in petition and 3 more in thanksgiving. 

Updates to our website

Just to give you a quick update, we added a "How to pray" section on our website.  When you click on the How to Pray section, you will find 4 links.  The first link is the schedule for our Novena, and the other 3 links are to the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries. You probably noticed the Luminus mysteries are not part of the 54 Day Novena.  Our Blessed Mother appeared before Fortuna in 1884 and gave the instruction to pray 3 novenas in Petition and 3 Novenas in Thanksgiving. Pope St. John Paul II added the Luminous mysteries to the rosary in 2002. When I was doing research, I found many articles that reference the 54 Day Novena in traditional form.  I have been contemplating adding the Luminous Mysteries in Season 5.  send me an email at [email protected] and let me know what you think.

Day 9 Glorious Mysteries in Petition

Today we're praying the Glorious Mysteries in Petition. 
Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, We ask that you intercede for us as we pray for our daily conversion and the conversion of our friends and loved ones. 

Blessed Mother, we pray for peace within our families. May our families be granted with strength, courage, and guidance to follow God's Holy will. 
We pray for unity within our family. 
We pray for families to pray together
We pray for children and all future children. 
We pray for strength, compassion, love, and understanding.

Day 6: Glorious Mysteries in Petition

Today we're praying the Glorious Mysteries in Petition. Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, We ask that you intercede for us as we pray for our daily conversion and the conversion of our friends and loved ones. 

Blessed Mother, Health of the sick, we seek refuge under your protection.
O Holy Mother, we pray for those who are in physical pain and need healing. 
Blessed Mother, we pray for sick or suffering in Body, Mind, or Spirit. 
We pray for those recovering from treatment or undergoing surgery. 
For those who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
We pray for those who have stage 4 Cancer.
For those with Lyme disease
For those with  liver problems
For all children in the hospital, 
We pray for all surgeons, physicians, nurses, surgical techs, and all medical staff.
We pray for good health. 

Blessed Mother, we pray to break the stigma on mental health and enrolling in mental health services.  We pray for those who suffer from depression, anxiety, or any mental illness.

In this fourth novena, we are praying for our daily conversion and the conversion of our friends and loved ones. I would also like to welcome you to pray for your own personal intentions. As a family, we are also going to pray for the intentions that you hold in your heart. Through the Rosary recitation, we will ask our Blessed Mother to pray and intercede for our petitions if they are compatible with God's Holy Wil.

Oh Most Glorious Mother Mary, we pray that our hearts be renewed. 
We pray to be Joyful and share our Joy and Love with others.
