I am now in my forties, and looking back, I realize that I can barely recognize who I was in my twenties. I therefore want to help you by sharing the top five lessons that I learned over the last couple of decades of my life.
These lessons include but are not limited to how physical health affects mental health, why we need to change our identities, and how there are no quick fixes; it takes time because you have to play the long game.
I really hope that sharing these five big lessons is helpful for you. If you aren't subscribed to the show already, please be sure to subscribe on your favorite podcast app! I would also really appreciate it if you would share the podcast with at least one other person you know who might also enjoy it and if you would leave me a five-star review! That really helps the show out!
