This week Kelsie covers the case of Florida Serial Killer, Oba Chandler. When three women's bodies were found floating off the shores of Florida, investigators had no idea what happened to these women, or who could've done this. The women were from Canada, and sadly enough, were on vacation to escape a harsh reality. Two weeks prior to the discovery of the bodies, a young girl was raped by a man who'd taken her out for a boat ride around Pinellas County in Florida. Police failed to make the connection, but a neighbor and a handwriting sample would put Oba away forever.
