👉🏻 Our guest is Dr. Robert Medcalf PT, DPT, OCS, Dip. MDT. Robert is a 1986 honors graduate of Georgia State University with a BS in Physical Therapy. After advanced studies in New Zealand, he became a Diplomaed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy in 1991 and was subsequently appointed to Teaching Faculty for The McKenzie Institute in August 1991. Robert was promoted to Senior Faculty in 1998.  He became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018. In addition to his regular teaching responsibilities, Robert serves as a Clinical Mentor for other Teaching Faculty. He has taught numerous courses on the McKenzie Approach to physicians and physical therapists throughout the United States and internationally. Robert currently performs duties as the Vice-Chair of the McKenzie Institute USA Board of Directors and also serves on the Executive Committee. Robert is the Director of Spine Rehabilitation with Resurgens Orthopaedics in Atlanta, GA. Robert has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1984.
