In this episode, I talk about the 3 layers of human existence. Most people only live in the layer of the mind. The thoughts, the stories, the judgments. This creates a limited experience of reality. The next layer is the body, where we connect to life outside of thought. We feel. We are present. The body then becomes a portal to the spiritual dimension: the connection to all life force itself. When you connect to the deeper layers of existence, your mind becomes a creative tool that can access a deeper intelligence.
