At times it looked like the Colorado Avalanche winless streak was going to push it's way to five games, but Nathan MacKinnon would have none of that.

The Avs dominated the entire game vs the Anaheim Ducks, but they still needed OT to get the extra point and get one in the win column. A stellar performance by Ducks goalie Lukas Dostal kept this one from being a runaway, and the Ducks had chances to win it themselves. But there was too much fire power from the Avs, in the form of 49 shots on goal. In the end Nathan MacKinnon took on all three Ducks defenders with less than a minute to go in OT to seal the win.
