Take the Yuki-onna, for instance – a snow woman who lures poor souls into the snowy abyss with her icy charm, only to leave them frosty popsicles. And then there's the infamous Kuchisake-onna, a vengeful spirit with a creepy mask, who roams the streets asking, "Am I pretty?" Say the wrong thing, and you'll find yourself with a sliced-up face – yikes! Let's not forget the nightmarish Rokurokubi, these sneaky folks have super stretchy necks that allow their heads to detach and float around, like a grotesque game of "catch me if you can."
