Dr Anchen Laubscher is Group Medical Director for Netcare. She is responsible for the strategic oversight of all clinical and quality related matters. Previously, Dr Anchen was part of a High Performance Team, operating as a flying doctor with Netcare 911 helicopter. She now leads a High Performance Team of subject matter experts and is responsible for quality.

After qualifying as a Doctor and not someone to rest on her laurels, Dr Anchen later further qualified with a Diploma in Child Health, Diploma in Primary Emergency Care, Post Graduate Diploma in General Management and an MBA (cum laude). She is also a member of the examining board of the College of Emergency Medicine of South Africa.

Now as Group Medical Director for Netcare, she faced the mammoth task of making Netcare Hospitals safe, effective and efficient during the COVID-19 pandemic. Creating and fostering High Performance Teams courses through her veins.
