We discuss how to identify if you have an avoidant attachment style, how that may manifest in your relationships and ultimately how to heal this insecure attachment style. Avoidant attachment can cause disconnection in relationships but if individuals with this style can lean into the discomfort they feel about needing other people, they can hopefully heal and be more connected to those they love.
